With a turnover of €320 million and a staff of 1,200, it exports approximately 40% of its total production principally to the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.We are looking for an Industrial Architect under the responsibility of the methods and Industrialization department (10 members) in Tres Cantos, Madrid.Within the development of new products, your main mission will be guaranteeing and leading the industrialization phase with engineering and design offices and guaranteeing and overseeing the launching of the production of equipments with methods and manufacturing teams.By joining us, you will be entrusted with the following missions:**Industrialization**:- Identifying the levers of industrialization- Build and manage the industrial schedule in accordance with the project schedule.- Work closely with design to ensure that the definition of new products is consistent with the means of manufacturing, assembly and testing (DfX).- Defining documentation, tools, production processes and guaranteeing the development of technical production data- Participating in the industrial validation of the development and qualification stages- Guaranteeing the definition, implementation, preparation and optimization of manufacturing processes with the methods engineer and with the technologist.- Leading and / or participating in reviews associated with the industrialization phase- Monitoring the objective cost of the equipment throughout the industrialization phase and developing an action plan to reach the objective cost- Guaranteeing industrial maturity upon arrival in production- Analyzing and optimizing products / components / assembling / process monitoring / operations / tools / production flow (Lean Manufacturing) / workshop organization- Develop standard operating ranges, according to nomenclatures, in collaboration with the various departments with the aim of optimizing manufacturing processes- Conduct post-model REX in order to capitalize on good practices (gap between theoretical and actual manufacturing operation times, Lead Time, recurring non-conformities, etc.)**Provide technical, organizational and methodological support**:- Participating in the elaboration of standard for the industrialization team- Creation and diffusion of standard among TAS in Spain and TAS (Italy, France, UK, Belgium)- Challenge the team about standards and best practices**Skills and experience**:- Master degree in production or equivalent Engineer with skills in Electronics / materials / processes- Experience of 5 years in methods, production support or industrialization- Experience in the aeronautical sector or in the production environment for industrialization of products / systems in small multi-unit series is a plus.- Good interpersonal skills, and sense of organization; - Capacity to work within a transverse team- Diplomacy, rigor, and autonomy- High level of English is essential.
