Experteer Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll for your European region as ABB Robotics undergoes a transformative integration.Desplácese hacia abajo para obtener una visión general completa de lo que requerirá este trabajo. ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?You will serve as the payroll guardian, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while coordinating with our outsourced vendor and Workday-based processes.The role supports the post-acquisition transition, aligning legacy practices with a new global delivery model.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions at scale, across multiple countries.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for the assigned region and be the primary contact for the outsourced payroll provider- Audit payroll inputs in Workday (joiners, leavers, adjustments, time & absence) to ensure data integrity before transmission- Perform second-level validation of gross-to-net and net-to-pay calculations for local tax and social security compliance- Oversee validation of Time & Attendance data for seamless payroll engine integration- Support carve-out activities to migrate legacy processes into the new general delivery model and vendor framework- Act as Tier 2 specialist for complex employee queries and vendor delivery issues to maintain high satisfaction- Identify process gaps post-acquisition and drive standardization across the regional cluster- Partner with ABB Robotics local teams to contribute payroll expertise on cross-functional projectsResponsabilidades- xqysrnh 5-8 years of hands-on payroll experience in a multinational or high-growth environment- Proven SSC experience with a Global Vendor/Outsourced model- Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations) is highly preferred- Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations- Resilience to change with a consultative approach to vendor management and integration or carve-out experiencesRequisitos principales-
