You will establish and scale robust delivery systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and remove bottlenecks that slow down execution. With your technical depth and strategic mindset, you’ll be instrumental in enabling our teams to deliver at pace—without compromising clarity, quality, or vision.As the Delivery Manager for the Engineering team, you’ll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to accelerate delivery across the product lifecycle. You’ll be a hands-on operator who blends DevOps awareness with project management, team coordination, and strategic foresight.What You'll DoDelivery Ownership :
Plan, drive, and oversee the successful execution of initiatives across multiple engineering pods—delivering on time, within scope, and aligned with company priorities.DevOps & Engineering Best Practices :
Leverage hands-on DevOps experience to improve release pipelines, infrastructure processes, and developer workflows, ensuring operational excellence.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Engage proactively with Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams to ensure end-to-end alignment, building trust and strong feedback channels.Capacity & Roadmap Planning :
Support team capacity planning with roadmap objectives, surfacing trade-offs early, highlighting risks, and supporting decision-making.Execution Cadence & Agile Rigor :
Own and evolve sprint rituals and delivery tracking mechanisms for predictable, transparent execution.Risk & Dependency Management :
Manage cross-team dependencies, remove blockers, and escalate when necessary, thinking ahead to prevent surprises.Delivery Metrics & Reporting :
Define, track, and communicate key delivery metrics, building dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.Stakeholder Management & Leadership :
Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, helping leaders stay focused and aligned, fostering trust and clarity.Strategic Thinking & Process Evolution :
