Responsibilities
* Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and maintain supporting documentation.
* Support contract signing and coordination processes when needed.
* Register agreements in the internal tracking system (Agreements Book / AFC Excel) according to company rules.
* Maintain proper storage of contracts and KYC documents in Dropbox folders.
* Provide contracts and supporting documentation upon request (for auditors, accountants, service providers, authorities or internal teams).
Qualifications
* A degree in Law or Business Administration will be considered as a plus.
* 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, finance operations, or legal support.
* Strong understanding of contract structure, financial documentation, and approval workflows.
* Experience with KYC processes and counterparty verification is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience with digital storage systems (Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint).
* English — Upper‑Intermediate (written and spoken).
* Computer proficiency on Windows or Mac.
