Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Perfumer with strong expertise in household products and fabric care categories.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of fragrance development for home care applications, combining technical capability with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including evaluation, marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver innovative and high-performing fragrance solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities Develop innovative fragrances for household and fabric care applications, including detergents, softeners, surface cleaners, air care, and related categories.
Lead fragrance creation projects from concept through final delivery.
Adapt fragrances to meet technical, regulatory, and cost requirements across international markets.
Collaborate closely with evaluators, application labs, marketing teams, and customers to ensure fragrance performance and alignment with market expectations.
Monitor and analyze fragrance trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity within the home care sector.
Support customer presentations and provide technical/fragrance expertise during development discussions.
Ensure formulations comply with IFRA and relevant regulatory standards.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and the expansion of the fragrance portfolio.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with a strong focus on household products and fabric care categories.
Proven expertise in fragrance creation and performance for home care applications.
Strong understanding of fragrance raw materials, formulation techniques, and technical constraints within household products.
Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent English is essential.
Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would be highly appreciated.

International market exposure is considered a plus.
