Mission / Team
We are looking to strengthen our teams by recruiting a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomics Engineer. You will join a dedicated team of 20 professionals based in France, specializing in factories and mastering methodologies and deliverables.
Your primary role will involve integrating human and organizational factors into the design and assessment of technical and organizational systems within aerospace factories. You will supervise activities and the ergonomics team.
Your tasks include:
1. Managing and coordinating consultant teams.
2. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team (engineers, UX, quality, safety, etc.).
3. Performing ergonomics / HOF diagnosis.
4. Analyzing activity, workstation, and organization (trades, processes, tools).
5. Formalizing ergonomics and user needs requirements.
6. Defining functional specifications.
7. Analyzing HOF risks and identifying root causes of incidents, accidents, human errors, or quality issues.
8. Defining action plans.
9. Managing creativity workshops.
10. Conducting user tests on industrial systems (jigs and tools).
11. Leading the development of human factors / ergonomics activities.
12. Providing training and promoting the importance of human factors engineering.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering / Ergonomics or Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., industrial / systems engineering, industrial / organizational psychology, ergonomics).
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Experience related to industrial / factory environments is required.
Skills:
* Strong consulting and presentation skills.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential; French skills are a plus.
* Recognized ability to explain, promote, and communicate about HOF.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
* Autonomy and conviction in the added value of people in system control.
Employment contract:
Permanent, full-time position, expected start from June/July 2025.
