**Join Our Team as a Product Safety Engineer - HVAC Europe**
**Are you ready to make a difference in product safety across Europe?**
We are seeking a **Product Safety Engineer** to lead impactful field remediation projects within our HVAC division. Based across three key sites—Montilla (Spain), Montluel, and Culoz (France)—you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards while collaborating with a diverse and talented team.
**What You’ll Do**
As a key member of the **Product Safety Team**, you will:
- ** Lead and coordinate field remediation projects** related to the PASS (Product and Service Safety) process.
- ** Supervise cross-functional activities**, including R&D;, Customer Quality, Service, and other support teams.
- ** Drive root cause investigations** and validate corrective actions.
- ** Manage risk assessments** and consolidate critical information.
- ** Ensure timely execution** of remediation campaigns while addressing roadblocks and delays.

**What We’re Looking For**
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A **degree in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering**.
- ** 2-5 years of experience** in project management or customer quality support.
- Proficiency in **problem-solving techniques** (e.g., 8D, RRCA, Fishbone, RedX).
- ** Fluency in English** (B2 level minimum) and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Strong **communication and organizational skills**.
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience in a **multinational industrial environment**.
- Fluency in **Spanish and/or French** (B2 level minimum).
