**Mission and main objectives**:
- Responsible of guarantee the e-PT system (ePWR & EV) performance, following the project targets.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of the outline of vehicle production and the powertrain ECU development process.
- Preparation and organization a powertrain development schedule aligned with project milestones and involved test sections.
- Management of the project issue list: FTA making, design section allocation and issue resolution support.
- Support of other test sections evaluations, making ECU test calibrations according to test requirements, and organizing ECU reprogramming with them.
- Calibration settings proposal according to e-PT performance requirements and project specifications.
- To create, coordinate, judge and report results of e-PT system validation in each required milestone.
- Attendance to project physical builds and support initial investigation of issues.
**Background and experience**:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Experience on powertrain calibration development, including the control logic as well as the calibration and validation procedures and the interaction with other powertrain functions and vehicle systems.
- Capacity to work cross-functionally.
- Inter-cultural and inter-functional communication.
- Problem-solving capacities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish conversation.
- Availability to travel.
- Passenger car driving license.
- High experience on INCA, MDA, McAp, Creta, Concerto, Mapao, DDT2000, Microsoft 365.
