About the Role
We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated, experienced real estate sales agents to join our growing agency in Marbella. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Registered as Autónomo (or willing to register).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Keep CRM records updated and follow up with prospects.
