Marketing Manager – Family Entertainment & Leisure

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week, potential to grow)
Salary Range: €700–€900 net/month (pro-rata equivalent €1,400–€1,800 full-time)

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all local marketing activity for
Babylon Park Madrid, working closely with our international marketing team (based
in London) and Spanish operations team.
This role combines hands-on local strategy, campaign delivery, data-driven
decision making, and creative brand storytelling to grow awareness, footfall, and
engagement across the Madrid region.
Key Responsibilities
* Tailor global marketing strategy for the Madrid market
* Manage local implementation, analysis and reporting of performance to
key stakeholders
* Marketing mix to include social media, CRM, in-park branding, physical
activations/events inside Parquesur mall and digital partnership marketing
with Westfield
* Coordinate closely with our social media agency (based in Madrid &
London)
* Manage all Social Media customer care and community management
* Build and activate local collaborations with schools, family institutions,
partnerships and excursions.
* Manage events, partnerships and collaborations with schools and associations.
* Dual reporting lines to the Spain Operations Director/ Branch Manager and the Global CMO
(London HQ).
* Deliver regular strategic discussions, performance analysis & reporting in
English.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Month-on-month uplift in visitor footfall and revenue
* Growth in local audience reach and engagement
* ROI from organic / paid media and partnerships
* Campaign performance and creative impact
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3–6 years' experience in marketing, digital, or brand management —
ideally in entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors
* Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and local
activation campaigns
* Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics tools (Meta Business
Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Creative flair
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team player, capable of collaborating across international teams
