VIE Junior Category Manager Works FFE (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment)

Are you ready to embark on an international experience with one of the leading global hospitality groups? As a Junior Category Manager Works FFE (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) within our Astore Procurement Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Works and FFE-related procurement strategies across the Southern Europe region (France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy). Join a diverse multicultural team and help identify hotel needs, find innovative procurement solutions, and contribute to responsible hospitality.
What will you do
1. Assist in developing strategies for Works & FFE categories, including furniture, joinery, technical equipment, and maintenance (HVAC, Kitchen).
2. Support RFP and RFI processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.
3. Manage supplier relationships, including organizing business reviews, renegotiations, and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
4. Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decision-making.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be :
* Knowledge or experience in FFE procurement categories and strategies.
* Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, eProcurement tools).
* Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
* Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is recommended; French would be a plus.
* Eligibility for the VIE program meeting the requirements set by Business France is mandatory.
