This global organization develops high‐security solutions for the telecommunications and connectivity ecosystem, providing platforms that enable secure data management, digital identities, and mobile network operations across IoT and mobile environments.Role PurposeAs a NetOps Engineer, you will join the Network Operations team to deploy, operate, and maintain IP networks and mobile core infrastructures. You will ensure high service availability, reliability, and performance in a dynamic, business‐critical environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain IP networking and mobile packet core infrastructures Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution Perform advanced troubleshooting and escalate to R&D when required Collaborate with the NOC and global cross‐functional teams Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Technical Protocols:Diameter LTE Signalling (S6a, S5, S8) RADIUS Diameter Gy/Gx GTP v1/v2 SIGTRAN SCCP SIP️RequirementsDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IP Networking, or equivalent experience Strong hands‐on knowledge of IP networking, routing fundamentals, and telco environments English level C1 or higher (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Experience working in complex network infrastructuresHybrid Work Model3 days onsite and 2 days working from home per week Office located in Sant Joan d'Espí (Barcelona)
