Actively ensure and organize quality services in line with Pilatus standards enabling in time and stable delivery of aircraft components to final assembly line
Further develop the on-site quality services in extent and sophistication
Create, handle, and conclude Quality Notifications as well as perform and support Quality Audits
Responsible for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Implementation as well as liaising with the HQ Quality department
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and changing processes, procedures, and Quality Specifications
Establish, further develop, and implement quality trainings for employees on-site
With this you convince us
Education in business administration/ engineering or quality management would be a plus as well as knowledge of aviation QS/QM standards
Previous experience as a structural assembler or quality inspector, with 5+ years in a metalworking environment, is a strong advantage
Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and interpreting certificates and standards
Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level);
knowledge of German is a plus
High level of responsibility, reliability, assertiveness, and quality awareness as well as team-oriented, cooperative
Strong decision-making skills in quality management specifically with regards to acceptance or rejection of first article tests, QM notifications and processes
