Our goal is to build strong local teams across Europe and develop long-term partnerships with local customers and operators. brAs our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our C I energy storage solutions in the region. brKey Responsibilities: brSales Performance brAchieve assigned regional sales targets including contract value and revenue collection. brBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth. brIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the Iberian market, including Spain and Portugal. brPromote and sell EV charging solutions and Commercial Industrial ESS products. brManage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and project profitability. Customer Development Key Account Management brDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers including CPOs, EPC companies, energy companies, and distributors. brIdentify and acquire new customers to expand the regional market presence. brManage existing customers to increase long-term cooperation and repeat business. brEnsure a professional customer experience from initial contact through project delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration brWork closely with internal teams including technical support, product management, logistics, and after-sales service to support project execution. brCoordinate internal resources to support large projects and public tenders. brEnsure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Market Development Intelligence brMonitor EV charging and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the Iberian region. brProvide regular market feedback and strategic insights to support business development. brRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings. What We Are Looking For: brBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related fields. brAt least 3–5 years of B2 B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or energy infrastructure industries. brExperience in solution-based sales, managing complex projects rather than standardized products. brProven ability to develop new markets and acquire first customers in new regions. brStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. brAbility to work independently and travel frequently within Spain and Portugal. brFluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. brCandidates must already have legal residence and work authorization in the EU.
