In a nutshell:
As an Industrial Consultant Cybersecurity, you will guide customers in enhancing their cybersecurity posture within industrial and critical infrastructure environments. Your role involves positioning Siemens' global OT cybersecurity portfolio, managing stakeholder expectations, and translating technical concepts into business language to secure management buy-in.
Your challenges include:
* Delivering cybersecurity consulting services such as gap and risk assessments, mitigation plans, and cybersecurity roadmaps.
* Collaborating within a community of over 1300 cybersecurity experts on comprehensive projects.
* Contributing to the development of our cybersecurity portfolio based on customer needs, market trends, and evolving regulations.
What we are looking for:
* A master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, data science, or similar, with relevant work experience. An excellent bachelor’s degree with extensive experience is also acceptable.
* Experience in industrial consulting and solid cybersecurity knowledge.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity standards like IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF.
* Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) / Operational Technology (OT).
* Understanding of cybersecurity controls and technologies such as hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, and network segmentation.
* Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., IEC 62443, CISSP, GICSP, CISA) are preferred; willingness to obtain certifications is required.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork.
* Willingness to travel approximately 10% to customer sites across Europe.
