The Opportunity
The Head of Sales / Business Development will lead our expansion into European markets including Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland. The role involves establishing B2B partnerships with automotive dealerships, bike retailers, and luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and implement the business development strategy across hotel, Mercedes automotive dealerships, and bike retail networks throughout Europe.
2. Introduce Mercedes eBikes to luxury hotels as part of their guest services, mobility solutions, or product offerings.
3. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across hospitality, automotive, and bike retail sectors, leveraging existing networks to generate new opportunities.
4. Present tailored business solutions that showcase the value of Mercedes eBikes, including as a premium guest experience, eco-friendly mobility option, or innovative product line.
5. Develop proposals and negotiate agreements to secure long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of Mercedes eBikes.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales materials emphasizing luxury, sustainability, and innovation.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
8. Represent n+ at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across sectors to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
* German and English language skills.
* 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality or luxury goods sector.
* Established network within automotive dealerships, bike retail industry, or large hotel chains.
* Proven experience in securing B2B partnerships, especially in automotive, bike retail, or hotel sectors.
* Passion for sustainability, urban mobility, and high-end/premium products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel across Europe for meetings and events.
