We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive innovation in procurement and quality management within our SAP Competence Center. This is your chance to lead a talented team and shape digital transformation across global operations.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor the SAP MM, QM & Ariba functional team.
Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement and quality processes.
Define best practices in contracts, supplier lifecycle, and quality management.
Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycles: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, warehousing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Oversee operational support, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth incident resolution.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and global standards.
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
Manage project and operational budgets.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Certifications preferred: SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Ariba, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.
6–10 years in SAP MM functional roles.
3–5 years with SAP Ariba solutions.
Proven experience leading SAP functional teams.
Participation in 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (MM and/or Ariba).
Experience in global or multi-country environments is highly valued.
