Department
Specifically, within the Key Accounts Team, we are responsible for the end-to-end management of major agreements with international manufacturers .
As part of the Key Accounts team, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of new FMCG Manufacturers, open new channels, and develop new services. You will play a central role in driving the company’s inorganic growth by analyzing markets, identifying potential partners, shaping operating structures, and supporting major agreements that enhance Logista’s value
Functions and responsibilities
You will collaborate closely across key areas—such as operations, sales, and finance—to gain a deep understanding of the Manufacturer Service and shape the short- and mid-term strategies needed to achieve the defined objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Market, Channel, and potential Manufacturer analysis
· Preparation and analysis of the potential P&L for each offer or project, identifying risks and defining solutions that maximize Logista’s added value
· Management, planning, and control of various projects and/or offers, organizing steps and stages both internally and with the Manufacturer
· Liaison with different internal areas of the Company, acting as a bridge between these areas and the Client
· Reporting on business activity and results during the first months of development, confirming expectations and strengthening the expected trend
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
· High level of English (both written and spoken)
· At least 3 years of experience in FMCG, operations consulting, or similar
· Knowledge of a wide range of FMCG manufacturers, mainly in the food sector
· Strong knowledge and proficiency in working with P&L
· Among other skills, it is essential to have:
· Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel)
