Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with Spanish
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking experts to serve as ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, aligning with our Client reputation and status.The role involves providing comprehensive support (pre-sales and aftersales) across all our brands, including physical stores and e-commerce, along with basic technical troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written communication in Catalan and SpanishB2 level of EnglishStrong listening and understanding skillsEmpathy and customer focusProblem-solving and technical learning abilitiesIntegrity and trustworthinessConflict management skillsDesirable Experience:
Digital literacy / e-commerce familiarityExperience in cross-selling and up-sellingSocial media proficiencyPrevious experience in in-store customer service within relevant product categories is a plusAdditional Details:
38.5 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to SaturdayPermanent contractSalary:
