Responsibilities:
1. Develop overseas market strategies, sales strategies, and sales plans for the assigned region in line with the company's overall strategy.
2. Establish and develop the overseas sales team in the assigned region, building a highly capable and cohesive sales force.
3. Expand the overseas market, secure key accounts and channels, establish strong customer relationships, and lead the regional team to achieve sales targets.
4. Develop business models and channel policies suitable for the region, and establish and maintain relationships with local customers and channels.
5.Monitor industry policies, analyze industry development trends, and stay updated on market competition information to support business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English, the capability of more than two foreign languages is preferred.
2.Overseas Chinese who are permanent residents are given priority.
3. More than 5 years of overseas marketing experience in a related industry (robotics, automation, industrial fields), with at least 3 years in a regional management role. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas residency experience.
4. Keen market awareness, strong leadership and independent market development ability;
5.Strong interpersonal communication skills, innovative thinking and working methods;
6. Energetic, healthy, optimistic and open-minded, full of pioneering spirit.
