Your mission
Your mission will be to drive and support SATLANTIS' strategic growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing business opportunities across the group, with a strong focus on M&A and corporate initiatives.

You will:
* Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities in key markets.
* Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop business cases, financial analyses, and materials for investors, partners, and strategic decisions.
