Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals.
- Recruit, manage, and train local partners, and be responsible for distributors achieving their annual targets.
- Conduct research on trade policies, industry demands, and competitors' strategies in the assigned region.
- Coordinate project execution, take responsibility for final outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Background in communications electronics or industrial automation;
experience in thesame industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short-term or long-term assignments as required by the job.
- Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, willingness to communicate, and proficiency in collaborating with others.
- English and Spanish can be used as working languages.
