Akens \ Nordburg is seeking German IT-solutions company highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (m/f) to enlarge the Spanish based Team.Location: 100% remote from SpainRESPONSIBILITIES:Test planning: Developing test plans based on the project’s requirements and specificationsCollecting and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops and observationsAnalysing existing business processes and identifying potential improvementsDeveloping solution concepts and specifications for IT systems and business processesDetailing implementation concepts by creating use casesSupporting project management in the planning and execution of projectsMediating between specialist departments and IT to ensure solutions meet business needsDefining the service requirements for interfaces with the back‑end and with other service providersCreating and maintaining documentation such as process descriptions, requirements documents and test plansDeveloping test case specifications and end‑to‑end technical testsPerforming tests and validations to ensure the quality of the solutions.REQUIREMENTS:University degree in sciences, mathematics, computer science or engineeringAt least 5 years of experience as a business analystAbility to collect data, analyse it and interpret it to make well-founded business decisionsKnowledge in creating and analysing process models, for example using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)Skill in gathering, documenting and managing business requirementsKnowledge of IT systems and their implementation, including software development and DBsAbility to convey complex information clearly and understandably and to communicate effectively with different stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and develop solutions jointlyAbility to identify and analyse problems and develop creative solutionsAbility to plan and prioritise tasks efficientlyAbility to mediate between different interests and reach compromisesExperience in the definition and description of interfaces using OpenAPIEnglish (C1): required for documentation, collaboration, and communication in an international environmentGerman (B2): necessary for working with German-speaking clients and teams.BENEFITS:Opportunities to professional growth and developmentFlexible work arrangements. 100% remoteDynamic and collaborative work environment
