**Description**:
The **Technology Product Owner** manages the technology product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for various globally deployed fixed connectivity products/platforms and the associated product development teams.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Manage the interface between the Fixed Connectivity Product Development and the Vodafone Business Product Manager(s).
- Manage the product/solution backlog for the technology product.
- Align and prioritise, new technology innovation work taking inputs from the Innovation and Strategy teams.
- Undertake in-life technology management (including service and systems)
- Ensure that new technology/vendor selection decisions meet the product requirements including features, unit costs, service models, CX, SLAs, roadmaps
- Engage with Vendors to understand their roadmaps and lifecycle plans to inform the Technology Product Roadmap and backlog
**What you bring**:
- Understanding of Fixed Connectivity Products/Technologies - e.g., SD-WAN, SD-LAN
- Ethernet, Internet, IP-VPN, Cloud Connectivity to assess requirements/viability
- Working understanding of how products and services are sold, built, and run by Managed Service Providers
- Customer centric focus ideally with experience defining capabilities and features through customer co-creation
- Exposure agile product development including backlog management and prioritisation, incremental/iterative development, and associated tools - e.g., confluence/jira
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security by default and by design principles and alignment to Information Security frameworks
- Understanding of Vodafone deployment of underlay technologies and automation/orchestration & service assurance capabilities will be beneficial
- Understanding of end-to-end service chaining technologies when integrating SDN with security, underlay, and other Vodafone/3rd Party services will be beneficial
