OverviewYour Tasks As part of our growth, we are looking for a Special Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the daily operational activities in Major corrective area. You will be working within Global Service team performing relevant tasks as follows:
Creation and management of Improvement Actions in the Services department ensuring a ZERO accident policy
Planning and monitoring of major corrective measures
Detect needs and opportunities for improvements within the area of major corrective measures maintaining the company's Know How and Nordex tool support and integration
Coordination of the different parties involved (cranes, personnel, HSE, logistics, engineering...) prior to the start of the major corrective/repair Up tower
Report on the work carried out on the company's O&M Management System and ensure compliance with the required documentation
Support in the preparation of offers to customers who request a service in the area
Flexibility to support different projects in the different countries where the company is established
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar
Advance MS Office, Excel, Macros, Power BI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
