* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline.
* Strong interest in systems engineering, safety engineering, process management, and project management. Familiarity with method development and model‑driven engineering is a plus.
* Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar), and experience with simulation and modeling software is a strong plus.
* Enthusiastic about technology consulting and actively contributing to advancements in system development.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in fast‑paced project environments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in cross‑functional and international teams; able to adapt quickly to new industries, technologies, and project requirements.
* Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
* Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
