Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies in line with the company's growth objectives.
· Identify and approach potential clients and partners (fertility clinics, hospitals, labs).
· Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
· Present and promote our portfolio of genetic testing services.
· Work closely with the marketing, scientific, and operations teams.
* Respond to customer inquiries through various platforms (email, phone).
· Attend conferences, congresses, and industry events.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Sales-Marketing related degree is preferred.
· Proven experience in sales or business development in the healthcare or biotech sector.
· Strong understanding of genetics, reproductive medicine, or diagnostics preferred.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proactive, autonomous, and goal-oriented.
· Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
· Willingness to travel.
