About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support origination efforts including pitch preparation, networking, and deal sourcing
* Develop and maintain relationships with mid-market companies, investors, and advisors
* Build and review complex financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and investment analysis
* Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic advisory assignments
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage transaction workflows
* Contribute to the development of the Madrid office and firmwide initiatives
Candidate Profile
* 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory
* Strong track record in financial modelling and hands-on deal execution
* Demonstrated involvement in origination or commercial activities is essential
* Previous experience in mid-cap or lower mid-market transactions
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English
