Responsibilities:
* Experience in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) with at least 2 years of experience in professional or personal projects.
* Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, and UV mapping for games.
* Experience in creating both high-poly and low-poly models optimized for real-time rendering.
* Strong art foundations, preferably with fine arts studies, with a portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
* Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and their asset pipelines.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce, Plastic SCM, etc.).
* Good understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.
Desired Requirements:
* Knowledge of PBR workflows for texturing (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
* Experience in creating characters, environments, and props for games.
* Basic understanding of rigging and skinning characters for animation.
* Familiarity with ZBrush or other sculpting tools.
* Experience with animation and/or creating assets for motion capture.
* Knowledge of VFX and particle systems.
* Experience with console and PC development.
* Familiarity with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
