<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;</li><li>With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;</li><li>Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;</li><li>Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.</li><li>Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.</li><li>Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.</li><li>Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.</li><li>Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Mandarin is a must</li></ul>
