This Position reports to:

We are seeking a dynamic Global Sales Specialist with a substantial background in laboratory processes or laboratory equipment sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of robotic laboratory automation solutions in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will focus on reaching both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
* Drive sales volume and profitability by focusing on product, system, and service offerings aligned with division targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience.
* Develop and execute sales plans, monitor progress, and implement recovery actions for potential order shortfalls.
* Coordinate offer preparation and marketing activities, ensuring technical and financial accuracy while identifying new market opportunities.
* Manage sales administration and support project collection efforts, collaborating closely with bid, proposal, and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent with solid understanding of laboratory processes and/or lab equipment sales (minimum 5 years).
* Experience in laboratory automation and robotics is highly valued.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
* Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages are a plus.
