About the role
You will take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects, tracking deliverables and milestones.
You will prepare and host client workshops to identify their needs and challenges related to planning and the broader supply chain.
You will gather necessary information, considering the big picture, ensuring stakeholder involvement and alignment.
You will contribute to strategic, supply chain-wide transformation initiatives that drive growth, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
You will co-create and design the playbook with the client, developing documentation for new processes and organizational structures.
You will provide guidance during implementation to ensure a smooth and structured transition.
You will assist in implementing changes alongside the client to realize the transformation.
You will be responsible for following up on your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.
You should be open to travel.
You will assume a coaching role, guiding your client towards their goals and helping implement improvements.

About you
You hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics; an MBA is a plus.
You have 4-8 years of experience in supply chain and operations, including at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
You have experience with planning activities.
You are fluent in English and Spanish.
You are a team player committed to delivering transformation, driving growth, reducing costs, and fostering innovation.
You enjoy delivering strategic insights and helping others grow within their organizations.
