Userguest’s software helps hotels improve their website performance and better convert their visitors into bookings. As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate join our Account management team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly search engine marketing (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.
Userguest is currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on new exciting projects.
Responsibilities :
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships
* Manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients.
* Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices
* Run Facebook paid campaigns based on customers’ needs and strategies
* Set up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers
* Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google ads and Facebook
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies cs guidelines and best practices
* Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagement
* Actively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions
* Act as a customer’s trusted advisor and partner
Requirements :
* Proficient in English & French (Another Spanish language will be a big plus)
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Techy profile with a Good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts : tracking solutions, Google tag manager, and website scripts.
* Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in hospitality tech and marketing is essential
* Experience running Google ads and Facebook campaigns a MUST
