Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement change programmes for the EMEA data center construction space.
Work closely with Construction and Procurement teams to streamline vendor relationships focusing on tier 2 and tier 3 vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and mitigating bottlenecks.
Apply lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and optimize vendor performance.
Create and implement change programmes addressing policy, process, and system changes needed to raise procurement maturity.
Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce costs and improve procurement function efficiency.
Develop mechanisms and metrics to manage improved internal processes.
Identify wasteful processes and analyze data and market trends to increase the business impact of procurement.
Create global procurement processes and tools to drive innovation across teams.
Manage operational and project teams for procurement improvement projects, driving multiple initiatives to completion.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration, or operations.
Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis.
Experience in global supply chain management and managing cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced consumer electronics product company.
Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
