As Total Rewards Business Partner, you will shape compensation and benefits strategy across Europe and APAC. You’ll collaborate with P&O and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, backed by data-driven analysis. You will co-own annual merit and incentive processes and help design reward policies and governance. You will work with a fast-paced, multi-country environment to support Antech’s mission of advancing animal health through innovative rewards and practices.

• Lead market benchmarking and pricing analyses to ensure competitive compensation aligned with pay philosophy and frameworks.
• Perform job evaluations and provide salary recommendations supported by internal equity considerations.
• Support stakeholders, P&O, and associates on rewards programs and inquiries.
• Assist organization design initiatives with compensation impact assessments and maintain salary structures and grading frameworks.
• Develop compensation dashboards and conduct cost modeling for merit cycles, incentives, and structural changes.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to enhance reporting automation and data quality; translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Co-own annual merit and incentive processes with governance, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Support planning and forecasting with Finance for compensation and benefits costs; assist in reviewing benefits offerings with vendors and P&O teams.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of new or revised reward programs, policies, and guidelines. xpzdshu
• Act as a trusted advisor to P&O and leaders on compensation decisions; deliver training and communications to managers.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor-level education (see Education field)
• 4-6 years in analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related roles
• Strong understanding of benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration
• Experience with multi-country contexts; benefits analysis a plus
• Strong analytical and data modelling skills; ability to handle large datasets
• Excellent writing and influencing skills for stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a small team
• English proficiency at C1 level; advanced Excel skills for data consolidation and analysis; competent with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Workday knowledge desirable
