Based strongon-site in Madrid /strong and reporting to the strongFPA Manager /strong, this role will drive high-quality financial planning, reporting and business insights, ensuring accurate performance tracking and supporting decision-making across the Generics organization. /ppbr/ppstrongSpecific Responsibilities /strong /pulliOwn and coordinate the planning cycle for the region (budget, forecast updates, long-range planning where applicable). /liliPrepare and deliver monthly management reporting packs (PL, OPEX, KPIs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clarity. /liliPerform variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/prior year; identify drivers and provide actionable recommendations. /liliAct as a finance business partner for Northern Europe stakeholders, supporting performance reviews and commercial/operational initiatives. /liliSupport month-end activities from a controlling perspective, liaising with accounting teams to ensure robust accruals and correct performance recognition. /liliMaintain and improve financial models, dashboards and reporting automation using SAP, SAP BPC and Power BI. /liliEnsure consistent application of internal controlling standards and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data quality. /liliSupport ad-hoc analyses (profitability, cost efficiency, scenario analysis) as required by management. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong ️Requirements and personal skills /strong /pullistrongMinimum 4 years of experience /strong in strongBig 4 and/or the pharmaceutical industry /strong; experience in stronggeneric pharma /strong is strongly preferred. /liliSolid controlling/FPA background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAdvanced user of strongMS Office (especially Excel) /strong. /liliHands-on experience with strongSAP /strong, strongSAP BPC /strong and strongPower BI /strong. /lilistrongHigh level of English /strong (professional fluency).
