About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the access strategy at the national level, collaborating closely with HEOR and pricing teams.
2. Gather, understand, and integrate external and internal customer needs and the competitive environment, translating them into impactful recommendations for the business.
3. Participate in the brand team to ensure alignment of brand and access strategies. Collaborate with the Therapeutic Area Head as a key stakeholder.
4. Provide and gather relevant input from Global/Regional teams, ensuring adaptation of international and regional strategies to the Spanish healthcare system.
5. Define needs, milestones, and responsibilities for product launches, from Therapeutic Area to listing, including tracking progress.
6. Lead the field team (VRAM and KAM) in implementing strategies that ensure adequate access and positioning at regional and hospital levels, providing resources that demonstrate product value.
7. Build a strong network with key access stakeholders to ensure optimal positioning of Novartis products and facilitate innovation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with roles in both Market Access (strategic and/or field) and Marketing/Medical.
* Successful experience managing teams or projects.
* Knowledge of Spanish healthcare, access processes (price & reimbursement, value dossiers), and optional pharmacoeconomics.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
