Responsibilities
Build, grow, and energize brand communities across digital platforms and international markets.
Continuously monitor conversations and proactively respond to user comments, messages, and questions in real time, maintaining each brand's voice and tone.
Write and adapt copy, messaging, and responses based on each platform, ensuring consistent and effective communication for international audiences.
Identify potential crisis situations within community conversations and manage them swiftly and effectively.
Identify trends, insights, and community needs and share them with internal teams to improve content and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure a unified and consistent communication strategy.
Foster active listening, proactive interactions, and drive the creation of a solid, engaged community.
Experience with social care management through CRM platforms is highly valued.
Requirements
At least 1‐3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager, managing digital brand communities.
High level of English and Dutch (bilingual or native), with a demonstrated ability to communicate fluently, naturally, and effectively. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Prior experience managing social media accounts within the automotive sector is highly valued.
Deep knowledge of major social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the unique interaction dynamics of each.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic, friendly, and professional style.
Proactive profile with strong listening skills, problem‐solving abilities, and experience managing sensitive situations online.
Ability to interpret engagement metrics and extract relevant insights regarding community behavior.
Passion for digital culture, the creator ecosystem, and the latest social media platform innovations.
