WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
* Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners.
* Onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers.
* Scaling and increasing capacity of current solutions.
* Creating and managing a risk register for current partners.
* Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners.
* Revising financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve, deposits).
* Handling partner requests related to merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.).
* Solving problems related to settlement delays or partner debts.
* Updating partner information (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager, onboarding specialist, or similar role at payment service providers.
* Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Fluent in English and Russian.
