Job Description Summary
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. At this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well‑defined commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium‑sized sales territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in promoting and selling MR products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information and support regarding MR products.
- Product Demonstrations: Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of MR products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as managing customer records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in MR product sales.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously. The length of this contract is up to 12 months.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Attributes: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
