Main responsibilities
* In-depth knowledge of Barcelona city in order to source and list properties for sale in target areas.
* Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
* Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers.
* Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals.
* Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity.
Requirements
* Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Barcelona’s market and key areas.
* In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
* Advanced in English and Spanish.
* Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.
* Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team.
* Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
* Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
