AP Process Ownership Independently manage assigned invoice and payment processes in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy, correct approvals, and compliance with internal procedures. Vendor Communication Act as a primary contact for suppliers regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment follow-ups, providing clear and timely responses. Operational Reporting & Analytics Prepare and maintain AP reports and basic KPIs (e.g. invoice aging, backlog, exceptions), using Excel and internal systems to ensure visibility and data reliability. ⚙️ Process Optimization Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in AP workflows and propose practical improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Controls & Closing Support Support month-end closing activities, audits, and routine AP controls according to defined timelines. Why join us? What will make you succeed in this position: Around 3 years Experience in Accounts Payable or transactional finance roles, with hands-on responsibility for invoice processing and vendor interaction. Experience working with operational data, reports, or KPIs related to AP activities. Solid Excel skills (data handling, basic reporting). Detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, finance training is ideal.
