We are committed to becoming an industry leading, sustainable, and socially responsible service provider.Job OverviewAs the Renew Contractual Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing end to end Services Supply Chain processes within the Contractual Renew segment. You will serve as the primary liaison between Renew and the broader Supply Chain team, coordinating with various functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to optimize Contractual flows from order management (OM) to logistics, refurbishment, order to cash (OTC), warehousing, systems integrations, planning, and product lifecycle management (PLM).Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the Services Supply Chain processes within the Contractual Renew segment, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.Act as the primary point of contact between the Renew team and other Supply Chain stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Collaborate with subject matter experts across various Supply Chain functions to design and optimize Contractual flows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.Lead the design phase of Contractual processes, orchestrating the involvement of necessary SMEs and working closely with Transition Supply Chain roles to facilitate a smooth transition from design to implementation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Contractual Renew segment, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.+5 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.Proven project management experience and skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.MBA, PMP, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.SkillsPossess a growth mindset and a positive attitude towards challenges.Strong business acumen Negotiation Skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on data driven decision making and continuous improvementProactive, autonomous, and entrepreneurial leadership.Excel
