Candidate Profile

* Relevant experience preferred
Role Responsibilities
* Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer development, project delivery, and commissioning support.
* Resolve technical issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Gather customer requirements and communicate with R&D for product improvements.
* Create technical documentation and training materials.
* Compile and analyze repair case studies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as electrical power, communication, electronics, automotive engineering, etc.
* At least 1 year of related work experience; experience in charging piles or new energy industry preferred.
* Strong methodology, execution, learning ability, and responsibility.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
