As Marketing Senior Brand Manager:


You’ll be responsible for the development of assigned brands (Airwick & Surface) through the achievement of specific growth objectives.

The position resides within the country marketing function and will assume responsibility for assigned key Brands within the category and growth strategies of local brands. The Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy and is expected to drive the growth of their assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.


You will/You’ll be responsible for…


* To create and define country strategies and plans for the brands managed based on local insights to maximize business benefits.
* To manage Brands within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability
* To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
* To contribute to the development of category strategies
* Contributing to RB Innovation by delivering a product development programme to generate consistent sales and profit growth
* To develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans
* To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth in coordination with global teams. Develop these insights into achievable plans
* To lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions
* In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing. Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
* Day to day management and coaching of team if applicable
* Coordination with global teams
* Full P&L accountability
* Lead and develop the team ensuring Company’s Purpose and values and Country’s vision is real.
* Leverage the Company’s culture by becoming a role model.



The experience we're looking for

* 7-10 years’ experience in Marketing or a related field, within FMCG industry.
* Strong commercial awareness – Financial, P&L understanding, analytical
* Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
* Be a Problem solver and an Out of Box thinker to find simple solutions
* Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
* Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred
* Fluent in English language
