As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager for the Nordics market, your role is to manage and develop relationships with channel partners, enabling their success with BMC DBA solutions. Your contributions include:
* Supporting and developing partner relationships to expand market presence.
* Executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs aligned with BMC's objectives.
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide partners with necessary tools and support.
* Monitoring partner performance and providing insights for improvement.
* Participating in partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
* Leveraging AI-driven sales engagement for modern partner interactions.
* Staying current and adaptable in the evolving IT landscape.
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software sector.
* Strong relationship-building skills to support partners effectively.
* A solid technical foundation in areas such as orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
