Role SummaryStep into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris Spain. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP-related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance.Your Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.- Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.- Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform.- Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards.- Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.G., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities.- Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.Your Experience and Skills- High proficiency in German and English- In-depth understanding of German payroll (mandatory)- Experience in outsourcing HR, payroll, or accounting- Work experience with SAP HCM is an asset- Business-minded with an analytical mindset- Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work to achieve results- Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills- Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat we offer- Competitive salary- Hybrid working mode, offering flexibility and work-life balance- Opportunities for professional development and career progression- A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment- The opportunity to contribute to a global leader in HR and payroll services- Benefits- Flexible working hours can be arranged in agreement with the manager- Work from home allowance- Reduced working hours during the month of August
