Purpose of contract: Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.

Job location and schedule: Faculty of Informatics - Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Tasks to be performed
\n
Assistance with research and development tasks for project PID2 OB-I00.
\n
The main tasks of the successful candidate will relate to the implementation and evaluation of a digital tool to support clinical diagnosis, including the management of the IT infrastructure and the design of user-friendly interfaces for its application in clinical practice.
\n
Skills / Qualifications
\n
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
\n
Eligibility criteria
\n
Degree in Computer Engineering or Life Sciences - biology, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, bioinformatics, etc. - (or equivalent qualification in Spain), calculated on a scale of 10 (RD 1125/2003), which will be multiplied by 0.3 to obtain the score for this section (max. 3 points).
\n
Master's degree in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences (or equivalent qualification in Spain), calculated on a scale of 10 (RD 1125/2003), which will be multiplied by 0.5 to obtain the score for this section (max. 5 points).
\n
Work experience in biomedical data analysis, database development and deep learning pipelines (5 points for each year worked, max. 5 points).
\n
Certificate of proficiency in English (B2 or higher): B2: 3 points, C1: 3,5 points, C2: 4 points. xugodme

Possibility of a personal interview with the persons with the highest rating in the event of a tie, in which the personal qualities of the candidate and the suitability for the job offered will be assessed: 3 points.
