Your role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring preparation areas are organized, clean, and ready for service. You will assist chefs with basic food preparation and contribute to maintaining an efficient and smooth kitchen environment. This role is essential in supporting the team and ensuring high standards are consistently met.
What you will do
- Assist in basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Support chefs during mise en place and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients as required
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
- Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
- Support the team in daily operational tasks
Who we’re looking for

Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus but not essential
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle kitchen tasks
- Fluent Spanish (English is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
