The role

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success for our end-to-end solution (SaaS Renewables)

Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the Customer Success Managers team.
* Provide strategic guidelines for developing and implementing the CSM role at Isotrol, as well as guiding and prioritising work within the CSM team.
* Facilitate coordination with other areas of the company, such as sales, product and operations.
* Monitor the status of accounts in relation to the risks and opportunities associated with each stage of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption and extension.
* Define objectives and monitor success indicators for the area in order to define associated action plans.

Skills and experience

* Business knowledge (energy trading, energy management and energy generation)
* Experience in team Management
* Product and market knowledge (scadas, cc, trading, ppc, ems)
* Fluent user of crm tools
* Proficiency in english
* Italian is a nice to have
* Active listening and customer oriented
* Effective communication and assertiveness
* Emotional intelligence and empathy
* Leadership and proactivity
* Negotiation skills
* Business oriented
